Health and safety investigation is launched
A man has died following an accident at a water treatment works in Ballymena.
The victim is believed to have been in his 40s.
The accident happened at the Tullaghgarley wastewater treatment works on the Slaght Road.
It is understood the man who died had been working for a sub-contractor at the site.
The Heath and Safety Executive has launched an investigation.
