A man has died in a road accident in Claudy.
The 53-year-old man had been walking along the Old Glenshane Road when he was involved in an accident involving a van.
Police say the accident happened just before 8 p.m. on Monday (March 14).
The man who died has been named as Daniel O’Neill who lived in the Claudy area.
The PSNI have appealed for any witnesses to contact them.
