Motorcyclist killed in road accident

A motorcyclist has died in a road accident in County Down.

Police say the man died in a collision at Corbet near Banbridge on the main road to Castlewellan.

A second rider was seriously injured. The PSNI say a third motorcyclist escaped injury.

The accident happened at around 1.30 p.m. on Sunday (April 18).

Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
