Death Notice for Florence McDowell
Florence McDowell, late of New Mossley, Newtownabbey and formerly of Mountainview Drive, Glengormley, passed away on May 30. Beloved wife of the late Bobby and devoted mother to Perry. A Service of Thanksgiving for her life will take place on Thursday (June 4) at 10 a.m. in Brown, Houston & Williamson's Funeral Church, Whiteabbey (for directions, see right). Interment afterwards in Carnmoney Cemetery (for directions, see right). Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made (for details, see right). Deeply regretted by her sorrowing son, daughter-in-law Norma, grandchildren Sarah (and husband David), David (and fiancée Allanah), and great-grandson Kyle. Tired and weary you made no fuss, you tried so hard to stay with us. God closed your eyes and gave you rest, for He alone knows what is best.
