Frances (Francie) Milligan, late of Ballycarry, passed away on June 23. Dearly beloved wife of the late Joseph (Joe), and loving and devoted mother of Chris and Joseph. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday (June 28) at 2 p.m. in Ballycarry Presbyterian Church (for directions, see right).
