Gertrude (Gertie) Murphy (née Curran), late of the Kilbroney Road area of Rostrevor, passed away on April 17. Predeceased by her husband Matthew and her son Peter. R.I.P.  Beloved mother of Val, Josephine (Jo Ward, Omagh), Patrick, Monica (Patterson, Brussels) and Vera (Judd). Her remains will leave her late residence on Thursday (April 19) at 10.15 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 11 o’clock in St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Rostrevor (see right).  Interment to follow in  Kilbroney Cemetery, Rostrevor (see right). Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.
