Death Notice for John McLaughlin
John McLaughlin, retired Customs and Excise Officer, late of the Mulroy Gardens area of Derry, passed away on August 23. Beloved husband of the late Moya, loving father of the late Tony, dearest grandfather of John, Brian, Patricia, Nicola, Ursula, Conor, Majella, Aine and Eimer, dear brother of Joanna Carlin. R.I.P. His remains will be removed from his daughter-in-law Margaret’s home (Nicholson Terrace) on Wednesday (August 25) at 9.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan (see right). Interment to follow in the City Cemetery. On his soul Sweet Jesus have mercy. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for him.
