Death Notice for Maureen McCartan
Maureen McCartan, late of the St. Rita’s Park area of Rostrevor, passed away on August 27. Beloved wife of James (Jim), and loving mother of Teresa Murney, Philomena Treacy, Joanne Savage, Jim jnr., and the late Marian, and sister of the late Eileen Jones. R.I.P. Her remains will leave her home on Monday (August 30) at 10.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 11 o’clock in St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Rostrevor (see right). Interment to follow in Kilbroney Cemetery. St. Pio and St. Theresa pray for her. Donations in lieu of flowers have been requested (see right).
