Death Notice for Patrick McCool
Patrick (Pat) McCool, late of the Brigade Road area of Derry, passed away on October 18. Loving father of Laura, beloved son of the late George and Kathleen McCool, dearly loved brother of George, Edith, Billy and the late Gerard. R.I.P. The Funeral will leave his late home on Thursday (October 21) at 9.15 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock in St. Mary’s Chapel, Creggan (see right). Interment to follow in the City Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers have been requested (see right). Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

Pat and I worked in Young Help at the start of the 80s. Man we had fun, whilst helping some great young people find a career. Later his love of music saw him and Chris give great joy to many lovers of country music and dancing. I will miss him. God bless old friend. Martain.
