Death Notice for Peter Whelan
Peter (Pete) Whelan, late of Creggan, Derry, passed away peacefully on April 9. Beloved husband of Anna, loving father of Bernadette, Peter, Liam, Ann, Angela, Ellen and Martin, and a dear and loving grandfather and great-grandfather. The Funeral will leave his home on Wednesday (April 13) at 9.20 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock in St. Mary's Church, Creggan (for directions, see right). Interment to follow in The City Cemetery, Derry (for directions, see right). Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
