Death Notice for William McCartney
William Gerard (Billy jnr) McCartney of 56 Rockfield, Derry, passed away on December 31. Beloved husband of the late Angela, loving father of Martin, Deirdre and Caitriona, beloved son of Billy and Margaret, dear brother of Marie, John, Anne, Greg, Paul, David, Mark and the late Martin and Conor, father-in-law of Shauna, dear grandfather of Martin, Ryan, Aidan and Caolmhin. The Funeral will leave his late residence on Saturday (January 2) at 12.20 p.m. to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelestown, for Requiem Mass at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in the City Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers have been requested (see right).
