I was passing through St Pancras International this morning and remembered the Champagne Bar where I took our mother last year. And I realise we actually did do a lot over the past 15 years since our father died, and it was all very good - from visiting the house she was brought up in (Hove) and her 80th in April 2011 on the shores of Lough Swilly. And that's just a few of my memories, I'm sure there are many others, and the stories at her Wake were great to hear, new stories and old.
