Death Notice for Billy Doherty
Billy Doherty, formerly of the Racecourse Road area of Derry, passed away on October 14 at Foyle Hospice. Beloved husband of Bridie, loving father of Anne and Margaret, dear father-in-law of Danny and Don, and a dear and loving grandfather and great-grandfather. The Funeral will leave his daughter Margaret’s home on Thursday (October 17) at 9.20 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock in St, Brigid’s Church, Carnhill (for directions, see right). Interment to follow in The City Cemetery, Derry (for directions, see right). Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made (for details, see right). Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
