Ellen Mary (Babs) Sands, late of the Carnagh Park area of Newry and formerly of Corgary Lodge, Jerrettspass, passed away on May 11. Daughter of the late Pat-Dan and Kathleen and dear sister of Frances, Nora and John, and the late Marie, Agnes and Lal, May she Rest In Peace. The Funeral will leave her sister Frances’s residence [Corgary Road] on Saturday (May 14) at 1.30 p.m. for Requiem Mass at 2 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church, Barr (see right). Interment to follow in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.
