James Rooney, late of the Clanmaghery Road area of Downpatrick, passed away on November 3, in his 93rd. year. Much loved husband of Kathleen and loving father of Margaret (Porter) and Ann (Herron), dear father-in-law of Alastair and the late Ronnie, much loved grandfather and great-grandfather. A Service will take place on Saturday (November 5) at 1 p.m. in his home, then at 1.30 p.m. to Tyrella Parish Churchyard (see right) for burial. House strictly private.
