Death Notice for John Barr
John (Jackie) Barr, late of Shantallow, Derry, passed away suddenly on August 20. Beloved husband of the late Lily, loving father of William, Gerard, Damien, Marie and Pamela, father-in-law of Ann, Tina, Ann and Frankie, and a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather. R.I.P. The Funeral will leave his daughter’s home on Friday (August 23) at 8.45 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 9.30 a.m. in St. Brigid’s Church, Carnhill (for directions, see right). Interment to follow in The City Cemetery, Derry (for directions, see right). Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
