Death Notice for John Rooney
John Rooney, passed away peacefully on January 30, at Nazareth House Care Village, Belfast, in his 90th. year. Beloved husband of the late Mary and much loved father of Joseph, Maria, Majella, Regina and Gabriel. His remains will leave his son’s residence in Ballyholme, Bangor on Thursday (February 2) at 7 p.m. to arrive at St. Comgall's Church, Bangor (for directions, see right) at 7.15 p.m. Requiem Mass will be held on Friday (February 3) at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Milltown Cemetery, Belfast (for directions, see right). Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made (for details, see right). Deeply regretted by his daughters, sons, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren and Family Circle. St. John the Baptist and St. Brigid pray for him.
