Lelia Burns (née MacOscar), late of the Meadow Gardens area of Portstewart and formerly of Desertmartin, passed away suddenly on January 9. Beloved wife of the late Brendan and loving daughter of Mary and the late Danny MacOscar, and sister of Marie, Kevin, Brona, Teresa, Kieran, Pat, Margaret, Joan, Hugo and Fiona. The Funeral will leave her mother’s residence [Curr Road, Desertmartin] on Friday (January 13) for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Coolcalm, Desertmartin (see right). No flowers please. Donations in lieu of flowers have been requested (see right). Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.
