Mamie Downey (née Larkin), late of Newry and New York, passed away peacefully on September 5. R.I.P. Beloved wife of Stephen and dear mother of Thomas, Stephen, John, Marie, Brendan, Brian, Liam, Eamon and Anita. Her remains are reposing at her son John’s home until removal on Wednesday (September 7) at 1.15 p.m. for Requiem Mass at 2 o’clock in St. Joseph's Church, Meigh (for directions, see right). Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made (for details, see right). Very deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brothers Felix, Donald and Peter, and the extended Family Circle. Our Lady Queen of The Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
