Death Notice for Philomena Simms
Philomena (Phyllis) Simms (née Porter), late of the Northland Road area of Derry, passed away on April 7. Beloved wife of Eamon, loving mother of Collette, Attracta, Stella, Patrick and Mary, a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother, and dear sister of Colette (Doherty), Kathleen (Whitney) and the late Fr. John, Dennis, Molly, Lily and Bernie. The Funeral will leave her home on Thursday (April 10) at 9.25 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock in St. Eugene’s Cathedral, Derry (for directions, see right). Interment to follow in The City Cemetery, Derry (for directions, see right). Queen of The Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
