Death Notice for Rt Rev Monsignor Thomas Toner
Rt. Rev. Monsignor Thomas Toner, passed away peacefully on November 11 at Marie Curie Hospice. Son of the late Elizabeth and Henry. His remains will leave St. Matthias’ Parochial House on Monday (November 12) at 6.30 p.m. to arrive at The Church of St. Teresa of Avila for 7 o’clock. Followiing 10 a.m. Mass on Tuesday (November 13) the Church will remain open for those who wish to pay their respects and pray for Monsignor Tom. At 7 p.m. we will pray Evening Prayer of the Church from the Office for the Dead. Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday (November 14). Interment to follow in Milltown Cemetery, Belfast (for directions, see right). Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers have been requested (for details, see right). Requiescat in Pace.
