William (Billy) E. Higgins, formerly of the Mill Street area of Gilford, passed away on August 29. Dearly loved husband of the late Evelyn. The Funeral Service will take place on Saturday (September 1) at 11 a.m. in St. Paul’s Parish Church, Gilford (for directions, see right). Interment to follow in Banbridge New Cemetery (for directions, see right).
