Death Notice for William Polland
William Polland, late of the Downpatrick Road area of Killyleagh, passed away on June 9. Dearly beloved husband of Anne and devoted father of Martin, Sharon and Rosanne, dearly beloved son of the late Willie and Rose Polland, treasured father-in-law of Sinead Plland and Mark Jenkins, lovely grandfather of Will, Rosemary, Emilia and Annabelle, cherished brother of of Pat Gordon (Dunsford), Rose Duffy (Bangor), Una Forsythe and Virginia Fitzsimons (Dundrum), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family circle — R.I.P. His remains will leave his late residence on Friday (June 11) at 10.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 11 o’clock in St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Killyleagh (see right). Interment to follow in family burial ground in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Glasdrumman, Annalong. May God welcome him home safely. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him. Donations in lieu of flowers have been requested (see right).
