Willie John Sloan, late of Kilkeel, passed away peacefully on January 17 at Kilbroney House Nursing Home, in his 97th year. Much loved husband of the late Lily. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sons, Brian (Omeath) and Liam (Castlewellan), daughter Mary (O’Reilly), Kilkeel, daughters-in-law Elizabeth and Kathleen, son-in-law Myles, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and entire Family Circle. His remains will leave his late residence on Tuesday (January 20) at 10.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 11.30 a.m. in St. Colman’s Church, Massforth (for directions, see right). Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made (for details, see right). Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
